Year 1: Discovering
First years will discover and explore the concept of Biblical sexuality and how it relates to their own stories through the study of Sex & the Single Girl and Freedom Girl.

Year 2: Stretching
Whether a leader or second-year participant, students will be stretched by taking a more theology-focused look at sexuality and spiritual disciplines using Faithful and A Long Obedience in the Same Direction paired with Spiritual Disciplines Handbook.

Years 3 & 4: Deepening & Preparing
Whether a participant, leader, coach, or cabinet member, third and fourth years will continue to deepen their understanding of integrating their faith and sexuality, and prepare for life after graduation. As third and fourth years in are in groups together, these books will be on a two-year rotation through What God Has to Say About Our Bodies and With: Reimagining the Way You Relate to God, or Talking Back to Purity Culture and Emotionally Healthy Spirituality.

Freedom Girl
Female Strongholds has the privilege of piloting a new curriculum written by Joy Skarka at Authentic Intimacy and providing feedback. The *unpublished* chapters will be posted for here for the trial
