Discipleship Ministries

Discipleship Ministries cultivates followers of Jesus through gospel-centered small groups
where students are known, loved, and practice spiritual disciplines together.

The goal for each group is to deepen relationship with God, Scripture engagement,
prayer, accountability, support, spiritual growth, encouragement, and friendships.

DM includes Discipleship Small Groups (DSGs), Strongholds, and Upper Class DSGs.

The DM Leader Application has 3 steps:

  1. The APPLICATION form is found on the left. We recommend typing your answers in a separate document and pasting them into the form to make sure you don’t lose your work.

  2. A REFERENCE from your current small group leader. If you are not currently part of DM, an RA or faculty recommendation will be accepted. Please send your references the link to the form that is on the left.

  3. If you receive an invitation to INTERVIEW, you will be notified via email. Leader interviews are conducted by a current coach or cabinet member.

  2. Two REFERENCES, one from one of your small group participants and one from your current coach/grad staff member. If you are not currently part of DM, an RA or faculty recommendation will be accepted. Please send your references the link to the form that is on the left.

  3. If you receive an invitation to INTERVIEW, you will be notified via email. Cabinet interviews are conducted by Chaplain’s Office staff and cabinet members, while coach interviews are conducted by our grad students and cabinet members.
